Booking & Reservation Data

Third-Party Booking Platforms (Airbnb/VRBO)

If you book Audrey’s Place via a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, we receive limited guest information from those platforms to manage your reservation. We handle this data in accordance with this privacy policy and the respective platform’s data protection terms.

Guest Registration & Local Law

In compliance with Fijian Hotel and Guest House regulations, we may be required to collect passport details or valid identification upon arrival for all guests. This data is strictly controlled and shared only with local authorities if legally mandated.

Contact Forms & Concierge Requests

Information submitted through the contact forms on our site (including “Concierge Inquiries”) is sent to our company email. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiries, arrange travel logistics (such as airport transfers), and personalize your stay.

  • System Administrators: Our website maintenance team.
  • Operational Staff: Our Property Manager (Storm) and Housekeeping team need to know your name and arrival details to prepare the villa.
  • Logistics Partners: If you request an airport transfer, your name and flight details will be shared with our trusted driver.

We retain booking records for a period required by Fijian tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years). Inquiries that do not result in a booking are periodically purged from our email systems.
